Toowoondecor customers have the right to return or exchange any product within 30 days of delivery. If you wish to return your order or if you have any questions about the return process, please contact our customer service via Email. The customer has the right to return if:
The return application has been submitted according to the terms and conditions by notifying Toowoondecor within 30 days of delivery.
The item has not been used.
The item is in the condition that the customer received it in, and all the parts of the product as well as the original product package and manual are included in the return shipment. Items needing assembly should be returned unassembled.
The item has been repackaged in its original or an equivalent shipping box. If your items were delivered on a pallet, please keep them for a potential return.
How to return an item:
To return an item, please contact our Customer Service team via Email together with the reason for the exchange or refund. Please note that we will not handle any returns or exchanges without prior communication.
Please return your items within their original packaging, within a protective cardboard outer box. Please keep in mind that Toowoondecor is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
If it’s just that you don’t like or don’t want our products and want a refund or return, unfortunately, we don’t accept returns for such reasons. If you insist on returning or exchanging the items, the shipping cost will be borne by the buyer. In addition, we do not charge for relisting the product.
Damaged or defective items.
You may remove the item from the box to review and inspect it. If any damages or defects are found, please provide us with an unboxing video. Once verified, we will arrange to reship the product with the shipping cost borne by the seller.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation – Unshipped
You can cancel your order for a full refund before the order is set up for shipment. Cancellations should be made within 30 minutes of the time you place your order. After 30 minutes, we cannot retrieve the order package in the processed order.
Cancellation – Shipped
You can cancel your order once it has been set up for shipment, but it will need to be returned after the customer receives the package and we will refund within 1-2 business days after receiving the package.

We will process your canceled order within 12 hours. Please be patient.
Refunds.
The price of returned products is always reimbursed according to the payment method used for the order. If the returned product has been used, damaged, or is otherwise unsuitable for resale, Toowoondecor has the right to charge a fee for loss of value up to the full price of the product.
We will make the refund within 1-2 days of receiving the returned product at our warehouse. Product returns are processed in the order in which they arrive. We make a refund decision after receiving the product. We do not accept returned products if:
After receiving the product, we detect defects in it or its packaging.
Stains on the returned product will automatically result in a decision not to accept the product return.
If faults are detected in the condition of the product, our customer service will contact you.
