How long does it take to process an order?
We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days. Weekend and public holiday orders will be dispatched the following business day.
Daily order processing deadline.
Our order cutoff time is 5:00 PM (AEST), Monday – Friday. Orders after 5:00 PM (AEST)on Friday will be processed and shipped next Monday (holiday extension).
What to do if an order takes too long to process?
If the order processing time exceeds 10 days, please contact customer service immediately. After we verify this, we will reschedule your shipment and reimburse you with a A$5 coupon.
How long does it take to ship an order?
For Standard Delivery, the time is 3-12 business days. In case of delay, please contact us to check the logistics information for you.
What to do if the order shipping time is too long?
There are circumstances that are out of control (Covid-19 pandemic, natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. If the shipping time is longer than 60 days, please contact us immediately. We will reschedule your shipment or refund you. Thank you for your cooperation.
How much will I have to pay in tax and duties?
As the recipient, you are solely responsible for the excise tax on the goods and we are not liable for any taxes.
What to do if my parcel is damaged or lost during shipping?
We take every precaution to keep your parcel safe in transit, but if something happens along the way, we are not responsible for that. You can contact us, and we will then help you contact the logistics company.
